We want you and your dog to love the Caninify Orthopedic Dog Ramp. If something isn't right, reach out to us within 30 days of delivery at support@caninify.com and we'll work with you to make it right.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your ramp arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue. We'll send a full refund or a replacement — no need to return the item.

Change of mind
If the ramp simply isn't the right fit for your dog, contact us and let us know. While we can't guarantee a full refund in every case, we genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase and will do our best to find a fair solution.

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
